Privacy policy

The data controller is Imperial Apartments s.r.o., Company ID 17993610, nábřeží Jana Palacha 922/2, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, e-mail info@costareality.cz, which operates costareality.cz under the Costa Reality brand.

What we process

Only what you give us in the contact form, by e-mail, by phone or in person: name, e-mail, phone, the project you are interested in and the content of your message.

Why and on what basis

To answer you, send the price list and floor plans, arrange a viewing and negotiate a purchase or rental (pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form submissions reach us by e-mail; we keep no other database of enquiries.

Who receives your data

Nobody who would use it for their own marketing. If you decide to reserve a home, we pass your identification details to the developer to the extent the reservation requires (name, surname, ID number); a reservation cannot be made without it and we always tell you first. Our e-mail is hosted by a hosting provider with technical access only.

For how long

For the duration of our dealings and 3 years afterwards in case of a complaint or dispute. Records of completed transactions are kept for the period required by law.

Cookies and external services

This site uses no cookies or analytics and does not track you. When the page loads, your browser fetches current weather (Open-Meteo), the euro exchange rate (Frankfurter, ECB data), the developer's availability table (Google) and map tiles (OpenFreeMap). These services see your device's IP address, as with any web page. Your light/dark mode choice is remembered only on your device.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to object. Just write to info@costareality.cz. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
